At Poronshop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or intentionally damaged.

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Your full name.

  • A brief description of the reason for the return.

  • Photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our support team will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Please do not return products without receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a customer preference (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item received is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was shipped due to our error, Poronshop will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate solution.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your payment provider before reaching out to us.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:

  • The item received.

  • The shipping label.

  • The packaging.

  • The issue with the product.

We will review your request promptly and arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
